Have been attempting to try more matcha lately (bringing my mom along for the ride haha) and what better way than with Matcha Shortbread cookies?! Kinda like they were made just for our matcha exploration cause these are ah-mazing and if you’re iffy about / just want to dip your toe into the sea of matcha, these are for you!!
