You have no idea how excited I am to share of this dish 😋 I’ve been holding back since I had it on Sunday and gosh was it one of the most amazing things I’ve had in forever!! Imagine, baked #vegancheese with #rendang rice 🤤 I was savouring this dish bite for bite because I could not believe how amazing it was 😭 All with their #homemade artisanal vegan #cheese! 🧀 The #curry was good too, super flavourful. It’s not what I’d describe an authentic rendang to taste like, say a bit more Chinese-style, but it was still #spicy and sweet in all the right ways 🌶 It came with a side of salad too, which was surprisingly super decent and actually did not feel like a throwaway side; I’d have never guessed that a salad of all things would pair so well with rendang!
