Review of Fagioli neri - Cerreto by marabasso
Black beans of Cerreto!!! You must try them.
Preparation is a bit long (I cooked them on Sunday): you need at least 12 hours of soaking and 2 hours of cooking (I didn't use the pressure cooker because it scares me😂).
Then you can use them as the base of a soup as I did on Monday, or for a Mexican style dish, with tomato sauce and fresh chilli as I did yesterday.
So good!
I would improve the packaging, it could be paper, why not?
