Review of Vegan fried rice at Vegan Van by spazmatic6

Vegan fried rice is always a little lacking for me, because it's normally mostly rice with a few peas. Not this fried rice! Loads of Just Egg and veggies, this fried rice is filling and delicious. I added a little hit mustard that vegan van makes in house, and some Tamari. So yum! (Pictured with their orange chick'n and black pepper be'f, I could not wait to take more pics!)
