Review of Tapioca Flour - Bob's Red Mill by oddish

I’ve only ever used this in a cashew mozzarella recipe, so I don’t have much to go off of as far as how it works in other recipes, but it works wonderfully for it! It makes perfect gooey melty mozzarella. 🙂
