Review of Willow Vegan Pizza at MOD Pizza by mynameislisa

This is a special limited-edition pizza available through early-November, created to celebrate MOD's new plant-based Italian sausage topping. Be sure to request the vegan version of The Willow, which features an olive oil base with chopped garlic, vegan cheese, roasted red peppers, and mushrooms, finished after baking with arugula and swirl of smokey Romesco sauce.

The Verdict: This was a delicious pie. MOD stands for Made On Demand, and the ultra thin, slightly-blackened-in-places crust was to die for.

I hope this becomes a permanent menu item. Hint, hint, MOD management.
