Review of French Style Winter Truffle Cashew Milk Cheese - Miyoko's Creamery by beckyyy

I’m so glad I follow a Vegan Grocery Outlet group or I probably would have missed this. I still squealed, however, when I found this seasonal and hard to find cheese in the store- at a discount no less. If you love truffle, you’ll definitely love this cheese. It is well-balanced and not overly tangy like some varieties. Nice truffle flavor. Soft and spreadable but more solid than a spread (if that makes sense). I don’t believe this one is my favorite of Miyoko’s but it is certainly in the top 3. Glad I grabbed two!
