Review of Jack the no Ripper at JFP - Jacket & Fried Potatoes by bluesoul

Delicious fries with soy-based vegan "chicken" chunks from The Vegetarian Butcher, raw red onions and barbecue sauce. The fries are pleasantly crispy and the sauce is aromatic and not too sweet. I would find it even better though if the red onions were roasted or, even better, caramelized. What I don't understand is why they serve the food in a single-use paper box and with a wood fork when you are dining in, instead of giving you a china plate and metal cutlery which can both be re-used. The restaurant is currently open for dining in without a negative Corona test or vaccine passport, however restrictions in Germany are changing very quickly and all the time so it is advisable to call the restaurant first if you plan on dining in and don't have a negative test or vaccine passport.
