Review of Vegan Grilled Cheese at The Cheesy Chick Cafe & Food Trucks by stephaniefroebel

This restaurant is traditionally heavy on the cheese and meat, but they have an entirely separate vegan menu which is amazing! The grilled cheese itself had delicious cheese in both mozzarella and cheddar, both of which tasted amazing. The bread was also a perfect crisp and fluffy texture.
