Review of Baked Feta Zucchini Spirals - Harvest Fresh by frman
I tried this meal kit from Costco as an alternative to wheat pasta. Easy to prepare and very tasty. I would drain oil from casserole dish next time before adding zucchini noodles- a bit mushy. Price reasonable at $8.99 based on serving sizes. This could easily be made on your own without purchasing the meal kit.
