Review of Jack Fruit - Trader Joe's by nibblenyaka

Jack fruit is amazing stuff! I like to use this canned jack fruit for either a curry or using in a salad like I have pictured. For the salad I like to mash the jack fruit then steam for about 10 minutes or so. When cooled, add in finely chopped celery, vegan mayonnaise (I like to make my own), salt, pepper, cayenne and pepper. I then like to take a lightly steamed coconut wrap and put the jackfruit salad inside. It is sooo good! I can’t stop myself from eating it!
