Review of Mushroom Ravioli - Kite Hill by hereforareason
Ravioli are a go-to for me these days, so I’m so glad Kite Hill makes a vegan version: the noodle has no egg and there’s almond ricotta instead of cheese. The inside is very mushroomy. Put them in a tomato sauce and *chef’s kiss* (Only downside is the cost.) #veganuary
