This is by far one of the best tomato purees I've tried so far. I'm a big fan of tomatoes, I always try to find ways to incorporate them into my meals. This tomato puree makes a great base for pasta sauce, marinating veggies/beans, or even when making a pizza base. The tetra pack also improves the flavour, in my opinion, there's no tinny metallic taste in the tomato puree. #veganuary
