Review of Pineapple Upside Down Cake Mix - Betty Crocker by veganarian-yogi
I used the packet mix as pure quickness to make a cake. I replaced with vegan flora butter and Red Mills vegan egg replacer to make it vegan. Everything else was the same but I also added tinned cherries in syrup. The sponge was really good, light, fluffy with a hint of vanilla flavouring. Not the healthiest of cakes but definitely a good alternative to making from scratch.. I’d buy again
