Rice milk is my favourite type of plant milk 🍚🥛 I have tried many brands but nothing compares to Rice & Rice Probios. It is a small and underrated Italian brand that offers a wide range of vegan products. They also have cacao flavoured rice milk if you prefer a chocolate-ty option.

Finally, I would like to add on that nearly 70% of the world’s population is lactose intolerant. Dairy increases the risk of cancers such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer and prostate cancer. It also furthers the susceptibility of developing acne and antibiotic resistance in humans. My mum who is a BC survivor has been growing to love plant milk and has ditched dairy milk by a significant amount!
