I feel like I've tried every vegan boxed mac and cheese out there and they've always fallen flat especially when you use the classic Kraft mac and cheese as the goal. This one was surprising, I didn't expect much out of this high protein mac with weird spiral pasta but it didn't disappoint, I've finally found a vegan pasta that my grandsons will eat!
I mixed mine with 1/3 cup soy milk and 2 tablespoons of Country Crock butter. 🤯 This is an exact dupe for the classic Kraft mac and cheese.
I personally make a vegan mac and cheese from a recipe by the Buddhist chef but I enjoy from myself so much more but this mac and cheese is exactly like the type my grandson's love to eat I'm excited for them to try this one.
