Review of Soulful Vegan Chilli with Quinoa at The Soup Spoon Union NEX by iloveveggies

was delighted !!! to find a vegan soup here and I was even more pleasantly surprised by just how RICH AND FILLING it is !!! just look at the amount of vegetables in there! not as spicy as expected, a very mild and comfortable level so it tastes like a spicy version of minestrone. there were a few pieces of what tasted like cheese(?) inside which I sure hope were veganised versions of cheese since the soup is listed as vegan but it's my first time trying it so I wasn't expecting any cheese inside (vegan or non vegan). do double check with the staff! or maybe it wasn't even cheese and I just have poor judgement of unknown food
