Review of Vegan Benedict at Evviva Breakfast and Lunch by reubensandwich

Doug McNish has partnered with Evviva to create an amazing vegan menu. This Benedict was perfect. The yolk was runny and the crispy slice of cornmeal tomato and spinach were great additions. The home fries were prepared just how I like them too. Couldn't be better.
