The dish was amazing, first time I tasted the vegan seastar salmon and it was great! Just like a real pokebowl but better for the planet and cruelty free! Beautiful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere!

pippa2811 @arunnersfuel it's a from a company called vegan seastar and the website says it is made from tapioca starch and glucose from seaweed. I think it's currently sold in the netherlands only.. I have made salmon by marinating red pepers in seaweed which was pretty good too! Reply
