Review of PCT Burger at nomVnom Bistro by ryzahandprints

The Portobello-Cheezy-Truffle Burger. I'd like to know what goes on in the mind of the creator of these burgers because this is another winner! The mushroom has a lovely meatiness and smokiness to it, which works so well with the creamy components of the burger. I've experimented with making portobello burgers at home but never have I made it taste this good. Also, all the burgers here come with a shot of fruity vinegar (left of pic). #crfsg
