Como disse em outro post, na Holanda eles tem tanta variedade de tofus! Esse é pra fritar.

Excellent tofu, longish expiry date, nice smooth texture and good value

Question: Do you make anything without chilli in some form? 🌶️ (Nor do I)

I don’t think we would be able to have a lunch together 😅 a little bit of 🌶 and I cannot taste anything else and just start sweating jaja

Hahaha, my spice tolerance is fairly low, although that's for the average Indian palette. I think @abi88 's is much higher 🥵.  We could have a kickass dessert-filled meal though 😈 🍩🥐☕🍪🍰

But chilies here are not spicy at all 😥 but they do give an extra flavor 

For sure #vegan cookies, pastries and more 😻

The firmness/softness of pressed tofu is very much in the middle range. Not the firm taukwa, nor the soft easily breakable smooth tofu. 
It’s soft but keeps it’s shape well, & thus good for panfrying!
A staple for most vegans/vegetarians I believe 🙂😂

You can see the tofu texture in one of the recent dishes I had - cooked with kecap manis sauce, tomatoes, garlic, shallot etc

I used this type of tofu like non scramble eggs ( with a touch of kala-namak ) 

Aha yes that could be a better way of using this one. I also have the same one but then 'silky tofu' which i still need to use, and thought to use that for scramble eggs. What do you use to get the egg taste?

The kala-namak salt , kurkuma,a bit of garlic powder , olive oil and believe me is soooo god . Also you can add your favorite spices, but with the mix that I write to you the taste is really similar to scramble eggs 

The taste is ok but the structure is too soft. When pressing it falls apart. Not Ideal for baking.
