I made nachos tonight and decided red kidney beans would be among the plethora of toppings. Cans of kidney beans are among the cheapest items in the grocery store and probably one of the most nutritious foods too. It’s an excellent source of potassium, fibre and iron, without the fat. And I’m glad Unico offers a “No Salt Added” version.
I don’t make nachos often, but when I do, beans are always included (usually black beans or kidney beans).
