According to my @abillion10 colleagues, the caramel pecan sandwich is better than the others in this range.
This #oatmilk #icecream from the Botany Bay in Australia is well worth trying.

Found it in one fancy grocery store, forgot which one. The cookie sandwhiches are soft and not crumbly, salty enough to be a good complement to the sweet ice cream! But where are the pecan pieces promised?
