This is great for a lazy cook like me when making a lasagna. Just open the jar and go! It’s a bit thinner than a homemade sauce but it does the job.

LOVE THIS SAUCE. I use it as it comes for steamed veggies as dressing and it's reeeeeeeeally good this is the third time I buy it.

This product is free from milk, gluten and wheat. It is also stated "suitable for vegans". Coconut is one of the ingredients, the coconut taste is very mild. In my opinion, this white lasagne sauce is not salty enough. I have to add some mushroom seasoning to enhance its taste. Made another lasagne, using this white sauce. It is nice and more flavourful than the “plain” white sauce I used before, but it still requires lots of extra seasoning. My question is, why make a vegan lasagne sauce and have a beef recipe on the label?! 🤢 Ah well. I think I just need to learn to make my own sauce!

Saw this a couple of months back in NTUC, back when they were still stocking A variety of Tesco free from stuff (basically pre-covid) and the inner lazy cook in me thought it be a good idea to get this. I tried it in my lasagna but I found the flavour kind of lacked... something. I think it lacked the flavours that I’d expect in a lasagne. Don’t think I’ll be buying this again although if I do, I’d probably spam it with seasoning before adding it to my lasagna
