Kind of becoming the go to brand for my cheesy needs, this time went with their classic cheddar so it is more palatable for my friends as well.
I’ve observed the texture is great when you buy it fresh and store in an air tight container, the taste is 70% close to the cruel version of cheese.
Use this to make our regular spaghetti cooked in roasted tomato plus bell peeper sauce. And topped it off with the cheese at the end.

I like the stronger flavour of the cheddar cheese 🧀 compared to the mozzarella that's a bit too light. This has a nice cheesy flavour 🧀 on lasagne or other cheesy food. It works well grated and can be eaten on its own or melted - I think melted is the most delicious. It's made in India 🇮🇳 unfortunately quite expensive at $15 from Eat Roam Live. I got it on clearance sale. #ditchdairy 🧀
