Ice cream sandwiches

I think that these are the perfect size for a little snack with a perfect proportion of thin, soft chocolate cake to coconut vanilla icecream. It does not freeze into something impossible to bite into and the cake doesn't stick to ypur teeth as bad as other similar ice cream sandwiches. I think the coconut milk for this ice cream was the best dairy alternative and the light coconut flavor is a bonus.

Such a #delicious alternative to the dairy version! The #vanilla #icecream is #coconutty, while in between two slices of #chocolatey goodness! These are so cute and tiny! I used to love ice cream sandwiches, I mean who wouldn’t love ice cream in a sandwich form?? 😄 I am so glad they have a vegan alternative! 👌🏻 I have a hard time not eating more than two!

I saw these vanilla ice cream sandwiches made with #almondmilk and another version made with coconut milk. Decided to try this one since I don't love an obvious coconut flavor to my food. These are cute little sandwiches, the ice cream still contains #coconutoil, so it did have a slight coconut taste. The #vanilla really came through. The cookie part of the sandwich was nice and soft, I just wish it was a little thicker.
Each sandwich is 100 calories with 7g #addedsugars and 1g #protein.
Fun little treat, but it's not my favorite ice cream so I probably won't buy it again.

Very sweet, they have grown on me even more. Small so I end up eating 2 a lot. Pretty expensive
