I usually do not buy salad dressings for myself as I prefer to make a creamy homemade dressing, but I do sometimes like to change things up. I purchased this one a while ago as it caught my interest and I thought my boyfriend may enjoy it too. I believe I purchased it at Whole Foods.
It is a vinaigrette style, with infused bits of pepperoncini, shallot, oregano and black pepper. Make sure to shake the dressing prior to serving so those bits get come up from the bottom with the oil, vinegar, lemon and garlic juices.
I haven’t had it in quite some time (as it contains dairy) but this dressing is reminiscent of the one served at Olive Garden. It is vibrant and tasty! Besides using on a green salad, I also used the dressing to marinate eggplant before grilling it.
