If you have a long busy day and lunch will not keep you going for the entire day, this bar is great to have on hand for an extra boost. Especially if your break time is limited.
The flavour is well balanced as well. It's not too sweet and the protein component doesn't have an overpowering taste like other protein bars. Lemon coconut and Simply Protein's other flavours are great to have handy.
I also like to take these on hikes or long walks in the city.

This Lemon Coconut protein bar was fine, the Lemon taste was strong, but I thought it was too strong, and you can taste a little bit of the coconut. It was also very crunchy and crisp. I do recommend!
