Peanut Butter Coconut Crisps

These are so light and yummy! The texture is crunchy and satisfying. A little sweeter than I’d preferrrrr but a nice light snack. Also more of a peanut taste than a peanut butter taste

Where have these been all my life?!?!?!? So good. Light and crispy. I had a colleague hide the bag so I wouldn’t eat them all.
