Potatoe Patties

We love the Kroger brand ones but they’re always sold out! This is a good alternative from aldi. Cooked in the air fryer of course! #uplandspeak

I never thought we could go through a 20 pack of hashbrowns but behold, our new favorite way to eat them! 😂 Sausage & tofu egg hashbrown patty sandwich 😋😋😋

These were something different for me to have for breakfast if I dont always want a sweet breakfast. Had these with a weird breakfast choice, but I work with what I got so I had this tofu scramble mixed with tomatoe pasta and some guacamole. I was able to split this in half and take the rest with me to work for lunch 😅
