Super firm smoked tofu

I had this tofu cold and heated. It was actually better cold as the smoked flavor was more prominent. It seemed to lose that with heat. A decent smoked tofu but could do with a deeper smoke.

I'm not an expert of smoked tofus, so I cannot really compare it to others. But I really liked it!
