Shredded vegan cheese made from mainly soy milk, starch and yeast. It’s still hard to find vegan cheese in Japan, so I’m really happy with this products. I cooked bolognese spaghetti with soy meat and added this cheese on it. So delicious!

Taste-wise, it's the best vegan cheese I found in regular supermarkets in Japan. Great to eat without melting. It has a delicious creamy flavour.

I’ve already tried two other types of cheese from this brand and this one doesn’t disappoint either 😌 it tastes a bit strong on its own (due to fermentation), but as topping or filling it’s delicious and melts beautifully!
It’s also easier to find in local supermarkets 😉
