🍇 In addition, grape seed oil is rich in vitamin E (27 mg per 100 ml) and in most antioxidants, including resveratrol, which is known as a wonderful antioxidant, found in grape skins and not in grape seeds. Grape seeds are also rich in phenols (tocopherols) and steroids and of course tannins.
