Lasagna with lots of cheese ... one being Miyoko’s Farmhouse Cheddar.. such a good vegan cheese ... a nice addition to any dish or just by itself.. definitely recommend this cheese.

This is the first block of plant based cheese I’ve bought and I think it’s really good. It has a fairly strong flavor, which I like. It’s good with crackers or melted. I have noticed that all the plant based cheeses take longer to melt than dairy cheese. It just takes a bit of patience. I made a grilled cheese and kept the burner low so as not to burn the bread. I also covered the pan with the lid to hold in the heat. #veganisnotscary #vegancheese

Surprisingly, I didn’t love this cheddar. The flavor was a bit boring. It might be better heated and melted; I ate it as part of a salad. 🌱 #uplandspeak
