Vanilla extract is always a good thing to have on hand. This weekend, I used it in some Betty Crocker Bisquick chocolate chip and cinnamon pancakes. On the back of the Bisquick box there's an additional pancake recipe that includes more than just the usual mix, milk, and eggs (chia seeds).
