Spiced Sweet Potato Salad Bowl

I loved this!!! Such a lovely salad and healthy lunch alternative my only issue was it was £4 which is kind of expensive imo

the single components don’t taste like much on their own, however when mixed together with the delicious mint dip the bowl becomes quite delicious and refreshing !
