It has a cheesy/nutty flavour so it works great in making cheese alternatives at home. 

Nooch deserves to be better known. Wonder flakes that can improve any food and it's healthy!
These savoury ones are bit more expensive than the ones in the blue packaging but honestly they taste the same to me.
