Guardado 80%Cheese made from tofu? It seems to work 🧀 This melts perfectly on pizza or as I used it on a Raclette grill! It has a very strong taste so I could imagine that some people won’t like it. The ingredients list also looks interesting considering there are some strawberries in the tofu cheese lol 🍓 All in all I’d buy it again if I ever find it again ha #veganin2020 (5 more hours)
I love this cheese. It has a very weird and unusual taste so it's probably not for everyone, but it reminds me of cheese fondue. It's very hard to find, you can't even buy it online. The only place where I ever found this was at the Lord of Tofu stand at VeggieWorld. It's only around 2€ so I bought a bunch last gime so I won't run out again. Give it a try if you can!
