This cheese is a game changer for me. It is so delicious and melts really well. It looks and feels a bit like Edam before melting. I grilled it for 5 minutes and melted really well. It has a strong cheesey taste in my opinion and would be great for cheese on toast, pizza or on a jacket potato. After trying vegan cheese about 2 years ago and hating it, I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve yet to melt, I had it in a falafel and seed salad and also in wraps…
It’s flavoursome and not overly coconut.

This is pretty much the same as Applewood but without the smokey flavour..it taste just as good , i made the most beautiful pizza with it , it melts perfectly , it lost points cause you don't get much cheeze for the price!

I did notice this melted a lot nicer than the majority of vegan cheeses however the taste wasn’t the best with this one it was very mild flavoured which isn’t my favourite
