This was gross. I should have known- I’m not a fan of edamame or savory dishes with fruit. (Except I do love pineapple pizza!) It reminded me of a sweet salad in a wrap, it just wasn’t my thing at all. Aside from it just not being my favorite, the sunflower seeds were an off-putting texture and the greens had too many stems.
I bought it to keep on hand at a family member’s house while visiting, I will not repurchase.
