Delicious lemon tart! It is vegan and gluten-free be not at all lacking in flavour or quality. I used to get these all the time when I lived in CA years ago. They aren't always easy to find now, consider asking the store if they would carry them!

The filling is smooth and creamy, exploding with fresh lemony goodness. The crust is soft because it is a raw tart made of nuts, but it works very well with the texture and flavor of the lemon filling. #abillionlove
Yum - let’s here it for the lemon tart!🍋 These have a nice, bright taste just like a lemon tart should with the appropriate amount of zing. Not overly sweet, thank goodness, and you can taste the coconut oil in them, which I enjoy. The crust is interesting, like pressed nuts, and it’s primarily where the coconut flavor lays. A bit on the expensive side, but still a nice treat!
These tarts and mini cups are pretty good - The lemon flavored one is AMAZING! There is a taste of coconut in the crust - just an FYI for non coconuts lovers.
These lemon tarts are wonderful! The texture is so satisfying, very enjoyable and light! I could eat 3 of them if I really wanted to!
