Guardado 32%i am a big fan of lentil noodles due to their higher protein. these are made of red lentils and yellow flax seeds. they won't turn into my favourites, but i still liked them. they stay very compact when cooked but don't have much taste by themselves. 21g of protein.

Great for athletes, packed with protein at a fair price. The pasta has a good bite to it and always comes out al dente when following the packaging instructions. Ready and cooked within three minutes. Will get a bit boring if you over endulge and have it more than once every other week.
