More like reg bread than other sprouted loafs I had, way less thick and more bready. No alcohol taste for a sliced bread, since there isn’t any.

This is my favorite store-bought bread. It's way too expensive, and I need to just work out my own whole-grain recipe that doesn't suck, but Ezekiel will always be my go-to.
The flavor is amazing, it's nutrient-dense with wholesome ingredients, and the texture is phenomenal. Love!
