The BEST gluten free pasta that I've tried. The texture is perfect. The taste is amazing (not overwhelming taste). And it has protein! Hands down, my fave gluten free pasta. Would recommend to anyone.

Penne are ok, I used it for the proteins in it. Very sticky after cooking but the final result in a pasta salad was good
