Meat free Beef and Broccoli Beef Bowl

This was pretty good. It is pretty spicy 🌶 so if you don’t like spice, this isn’t for you. I honestly worried that there wouldn’t be enough flavor because when mixing it after cooking it for the first 2 minutes, it looked like it was lacking on sauce but I was wrong. It savory and really delicious! It was a little pricey for an Aldi meal but it was pretty good.

Great quick meal to have on stock. A lot of sodium (62% DV) and minimal veggies, but it’s really tasty and I will be restocking the next time I’m at Aldi’s

The taste can be improved but it’s a good attempted to make a vegetarian version of a dish.
