This week we are getting prepared for Big Diwali 🪔 festival
This vegan butter sticks are good for baking . I have I used them in my cakes and recently I made vegan baklava. I mix half & half with my cashews butter . It came out very nice and crunchy and buttery . Last year I made my baklava recipe with half light oil & half vegan butter but result this time came very good . Excellent .😋
Yes using Miyoko’s vegan butter unsalted was expensive 😘 it was totally worth .
Last year I wasn’t happy . Thanks@ vikas would let me know when he gets it .
