Love this "cheese" smells and taste very similar to animal abuse parmesan cheese. I purchased this half price, I keep it in my freezer for when I need it. Works a treat

So, I have been entirely content giving up the 'real' stuff because I love animals more than I love a relatively trivial garnish.
But this is a game changer, because it gives all the taste and mouthfeel of parmesan WITHOUT the vomity smell and cruelty.
Here it is sprinkled over a big old bowl of Caesar Salad. Also brings enough of a saltiness that you need not salt. (Unless you need your Iodine - ALWAYS CHECK YOUR IODINE, GALS.)

It's great as a pasta topping, but I wouldn't say it's like parmesan at all unfortunately. However I would prefer this to DIY vegan parmesan using blended nooch and almonds any day haha. Another thing is I guess these vegan cheeses can be so pricey ! We only buy them whenever they're on special.
