I’m sure these are fine but I didn’t realize how bitter they’d be and used them in some banana muffins. They totally overwhelmed the lightness of the banana, and my kids didn’t finish their muffins which they would usually devour. You can’t see them, but these chocolate chunks are great in soft cakes like this one in the shape of a #Christmas tree. Simply delicious, they go great with such soft dough. I will buy it again because I love that the pieces of chocolate in the cake are all the same. When I cut chocolate, there are all kinds of pieces.😂
