I am a pasta lover but am new to Orzo. It is made from organic wheat and is grain size. Needs to be boiled for 8 - 10 minutes. I made it a creamy orzo dish using cannellini beans, leek, peas and mushrooms with vegan cream fraiche. It made a nice change from regular pasta.
