tina360 What makes summer more difficult than winter? If you just aren't eating as much because of the warmer weather, then try the faux meats because they are often loaded with protein even in relatively small servings. If you drink smoothies, you can look in to a protein powder to add to it. For the most part, if you're eating enough calories there's a good chance your getting enough protein as well. 3 likesReply

lori135 Since I prefer sweet over savoury it can be quite a struggle sometimes. This is where cookie dough made of chickpeas/beans comes perfect!
